The Cressi wrist compass is a modern instrument that allows easy reading in any conditions. The magnetic plate, where the wind rose is inserted, has the possibility of a wide tilting mode in all directions, to keep the reading safe even if the instrument is not completely horizontally.
It has a luminescent quadrant with subdivisions each 10º. The reading can be made with the instrument headed up, or in a most accessible way, through the reading’s sight glass that allows more compass precision. Over the high part there’s a red lubber line incorporated. The rotating phase bezel, made with double index, allows memorizing the route.
It has a wide strap, anatomically adapted in its lower part, allows fixing stably the compass to the wrist.
